What do you think about people using their phone while driving?   Suggestions:  Using smartphones while driving is a type of driver distraction, it has become a major problem that can cause car accidents.  Drivers easily shift their attention away from driving to something else such as changing the radio, reaching for their drink, answering their cell phones.  We should never use smartphones while driving, the most important thing to remember is that our eyes need to be on the road whenever possible.  I usually use hands-free devices while driving so I think it could be safe if people use Bluetooth headsets or earpieces - Lack of common sense: thiếu ý thức - Lack the sense of ... : thiếu ý thức về các gì đó - disregard of/ for so/sth (n): sự thiếu quan tâm/ chăm sóc   disregard (v):  không để ý đến, không đếm xỉa đến, bất chấp, coi thường, coi nhẹ - pull over: tấp vào lề.
