 2. What can make you feel discouraged in the workplace?

I often feel bored as my job isn't challenging enough. I'm a kind of person that like changing and innovation. So that If I can rotate duties with my colleagues, it must be better. This is the best solution for me to bring back my enthusiasm and excitement at work.

3.Some people believe self-motivation is an important life skill. Do you agree with them?

Definitely. Life doesn't always come with joy and happiness, pain, sadness are also exist and we have to overcome it by ourselves without any help as adults. In these cases, self-motivational skill is essential for us to survive and enjoy our life. For instance, my mistakes at work regularly get me down but I can not ask for some day- offs every time I'm unhappy. As a professional worker, I have to lift my mood up by myself so as to
