 2. What can make you feel discouraged in the workplace? I often feel bored as my job isn't challenging enough. I'm a kind of person that like changing and innovation. So that If I can rotate duties with my colleagues, it must be better. This is the best solution for me to bring back my enthusiasm and excitement at work. 3.Some people believe self-motivation is an important life skill. Do you agree with them? Definitely. Life doesn't always come with joy and happiness, pain, sadness are also exist and we have to overcome it by ourselves without any help as adults. In these cases, self-motivational skill is essential for us to survive and enjoy our life. TO-DO LIST Advantages of To-do list -  Manage your time and workload     + Show you what you need to do in order of prioritizing. => If it is difficult to handle all of the tasks, you can keep the ones that are not important or urgent for another day =>Avoid feeling exhausted if you have too much on your plate.     + Avoiding wasting time on making up your mind for what need to be done next. => It takes time to make the process, from making list in your mind and pick up one of them to do.
